The 1940's

Not much of importance happened during this decade besides me being born.  (I mean, from my point of view.)   Of course, there was that "pesky" World War II, but I pretty much missed that, and, of course, there were very few pictures taken of me since I was just a second child.  (The thrill was gone, I guess.)  All I know is, there were about a million pictures of my sister.  There were so many, in fact, that I'm sure that if you stacked them up and flipped through them, you could make one of those "old time" movies about an hour long!
